Six by two are available as a Jazz duo, with Nick and John playing a six-string Archtop guitar and a six-string Electric Bass respectively.  This combination of instruments produces a mellow and distinctive sound.  

This line up is excellent for enjoyable background jazz during cocktails, wedding receptions, dinner-jazz during a meal and, at smaller events, dancing.  It provides an ambience to your event, whilst still allowing people to mingle and talk freely.

Nick Beadle, with over 30 years experience, and John Collings, with over 20 years of experience, met at a Jamie Aebersold summer school.  As individuals they have performed at many different events, venues and for wide ranging audiences.  Six by Two will work to ensure the music at your event is perfect.
